CraftedPool is a platform for creating and managing Minecraft server pages, including public profiles and application systems.

By using the service, you agree to the following:

Acceptable Use

You must not upload, publish, or distribute:

• Illegal content
• Abusive, harmful, or misleading content
• Impersonation or fraudulent material
• Spam or scam-related content
• NSFW material
• Copyrighted content you do not have rights to use

CraftedPool may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules or are used in bad faith.

Accounts & Content

You are responsible for your account and any content you publish.

You retain ownership of your content. By publishing it on CraftedPool, you grant permission for it to be displayed publicly within the platform, including server pages and related features.

Public pages, profiles, and application submissions may be visible to other users depending on how they are used within the service.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe. CraftedPool does not store full payment details.

As CraftedPool provides digital services with immediate access upon purchase, and customers expressly consent to this at checkout, the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.

Refunds will not be issued except in the following circumstances:

• Billing errors
• Platform faults preventing access to the service entirely

Digital Content & Cancellation Rights

CraftedPool provides digital services that begin immediately upon purchase.

By completing a purchase, you expressly request that access to the service begins immediately and acknowledge that, by doing so, you waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 during the 14-day cancellation period.

This waiver applies to all paid plans and upgrades offered through CraftedPool.

Service Availability

The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime, availability, or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.

CraftedPool is not liable for:

• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• Issues caused by third-party platforms or integrations

Account Actions

Accounts may be suspended or removed if they:

• Violate these terms
• Pose security risks
• Abuse or exploit the platform

Changes to These Terms

CraftedPool may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are significant, users will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Server Shop — Owner Responsibility

CraftedPool provides the infrastructure that enables server owners to run a public shop on their server page. Shop payment processing is handled by Tebex Ltd, a third-party payment platform. CraftedPool integrates with Tebex to display shop content and record transaction notifications.

CraftedPool is not a party to any transaction between a server owner and a buyer. The server owner is solely responsible for fulfilling purchases, delivering digital goods, resolving buyer disputes, and complying with all applicable laws relating to their shop, including any obligations imposed by Tebex under their store terms.

By enabling the shop feature, the server owner agrees to these obligations and to Tebex's terms of service. CraftedPool accepts no liability for unfulfilled orders, buyer losses, or disputes arising from shop transactions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

CraftedPool is operated by an individual based in England and Wales and acts as the data controller.

Data Collected

CraftedPool collects only data required to operate the service, including:

• Email address
• Password (securely hashed)
• IP address (for security and logging)
• Public content you upload (pages, profiles, applications)
• Basic usage data (analytics)
• Session and functional cookies
• Purchase information (plan, status, expiry, not full payment details)

How Data Is Used

Data is used to:

• Provide and maintain accounts and server pages
• Process purchases and manage subscriptions
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorised access
• Improve service performance and reliability

Legal Basis (UK GDPR / GDPR)

Data is processed under:

• Contract, to provide your account and services
• Legitimate interests, for security, fraud prevention, and service improvement

Automated Decision-Making

CraftedPool does not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on users.

Data Sharing

Data may be shared with trusted service providers required to operate the platform, including:

• Cloudflare (network, storage, protection)
• Hetzner (hosting)
• Upstash (Redis services)
• Stripe (subscription payments)
• Tebex Ltd (server shop payments, where the shop feature is enabled)

These providers only process data as needed to deliver their services.

International Data Transfers

Data may be processed outside the UK or EEA through third-party providers including Cloudflare, Hetzner, Upstash, Stripe, and Tebex. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the provider's standard contractual clauses or applicable adequacy decisions, including the UK-US Data Bridge for US-based providers.

Data Retention

• Accounts: retained until deleted by the user
• Logs (including IP): retained up to 90 days
• Backups: retained up to 30 days

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR and GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Receive your data in a portable format (data portability)

Cookies

CraftedPool uses essential cookies required for:

• Login sessions
• Core functionality

No advertising or profiling cookies are used.

Children's Data

CraftedPool is not directed at children under 13. Users must be aged 13 or older to register an account. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has registered, please contact [email protected] and we will review the account promptly.

Security

CraftedPool uses appropriate technical measures to protect data, including:

• Password hashing
• Secure infrastructure
• Access controls
